Michael is a skilled attorney with a broad set of skills to assist clients in need of aggressive and effective representation. With an expert level of computer knowledge, he is often able to obtain the strong evidence needed to pressure large insurance companies to meet his demands. If the insurance companies won’t budge, he will present his case to the jury in order to obtain the maximum award possible for his clients.
Prior to joining Hartman-Imbriale in 2012, Michael represented a broad spectrum of clients at a general practice firm outside Atlanta. From small conflicts to emergency court hearings, Michael fought for the interests of his clients both in and out of court. At Hartman-Imbriale, he has narrowed his practice to focus on protecting injured clients against insurance companies to obtain large settlements and jury awards.
Michael grew up in Washington State and met his wife Christina from Louisiana while studying at college in Ohio. Upon graduation, they married in Florida and he attended Liberty University School of Law in Virginia. While attending law school at Liberty he received additional legal training through a mandatory and rigorous three-year lawyering skills program that does not exist at any other law school in the nation.
After graduating from law school, Michael and his wife Christina welcomed the birth of their daughter, Evie Rose, in early 2011. They moved to Georgia shortly thereafter and have been invested in the community ever since.
