James Imbriale

James Imbriale has built a very successful results driven, value-added, performance based only, client-first, Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in Woodstock over the last 20 years. Since graduating Emory Law School in 1990 and learning all the ropes and court trade-secrets from some of Atlanta’s best long-standing injury trial lawyers, Jim has utilized his significant legal experience and case strategy knowledge to SERVE regular everyday working people who are injured by no fault of their own by the careless & avoidable conduct of another. This usually involves David vs. Goliath battles of Jim and his team fighting for you against huge auto insurance companies and their legions of corporate attorneys. Often this battle is taken against insurance companies such as State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, or large international corporations such as General Motors, General Electric, and large trucking companies. And we get’em good every time.

Jim and his team of attorneys & paralegals have handled over one-thousand cases – from small disc herniations to the most catastrophic quadriplegics and horrific deaths, from simple rear-end auto cases to the very complex products liability and medical negligence. Jim has earned his clients well deserved payments totaling multiple millions of dollars.

While attending law school at Emory University, Jim began his litigation career doing hearings & trial work through internships. He was chosen for the sought after Georgia Governor Joe Frank Harris’ Honors Law Intern Program in 1988 where he served in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. In 1989 & 1990, he also was chosen to intern at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and then the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office where he handled criminal cases under Georgia’s Third Year Practice Act. Jim then went on to work as an associate for three general litigation and business law firms over eight years, which included the experience of many injury cases. In 1998 he partnered with Andy Hartman and steadily grew Hartman-Imbriale LLP to six attorneys, 20 staff and six offices to better serve you.
