Andrew Hartman has built one of the biggest, most efficient, well respected and award winning Real Estate Closing law firms in North Georgia over the last 15 years. During the real estate boom, Andy’s team routinely handled over 150-200 closings per month through several offices around North Atlanta, with the aid of a team of dozens of real estate paralegals & attorneys. During the course of this practice Mr. Hartman has represented banks and lending institutions on the national, state and local level, including private lenders.The firm routinely handles million-dollar-plus commercial and assemblage projects. The firm has been selected Affiliate of the Year by both the Cherokee & Pickens Counties Realtor Boards for several years and has been named to the Partners Circle for Chicago Title Insurance Company several years running. In March 2007 the firm was featured in RE Magazine.

Andy began his legal career in 1996 working for a small Cherokee County general business and civil litigation firm, including real estate closings and title examinations, soon thereafter he opened his own Woodstock law firm which has now grown to six offices around north-west Atlanta in order to better serve his real estate clients.
