Christy Imbriale

Christy has been our chief personal injury paralegal for the past eight years. She has the extensive knowledge needed to develop the strongest case possible for you. She ensures that all clients are well taken care of and is responsible for the preparation of large, detailed negotiation packages that are submitted to insurance companies.

As an avid competitor in English dressage horse riding (fancy prancing horses), she has won several blue ribbons in a difficult sport requiring endless training and discipline. She is married to the boss and lives in Towne Lake along with four horses, three dogs and three cats.

Diane Neste

Diane is a litigation paralegal with 30 years experience in the legal industry – with 16 of those years spent in injury litigation.

She received her Paralegal diploma from Penn State Behrend after attending Allegheny College in Pennsylvania, where her focus studies were Political Science and English. She was an Allegheny College Association merit recipient and Loretta Walsh Memorial Merit recipient. Diane is well trusted by the firm attorneys to handle most any aspect of your personal case. We are very lucky to have her and know your case will move along more efficiently towards a higher settlement or verdict due to her legal wisdom and dedicated work ethic.

Diane is married, has three children and lives in Kennesaw.

Rose Reyna Perez

Rosie Reyna Perez is fluent in Spanish and English, translates our meetings, depositions and injury documents for our numerous Latin clients whom she maintains contact with throughout the progress of an injury case. Rosie is always cheerful and outgoing. She and her husband live in Cobb County with two bright daughters who have each been president of their class at school. If you are lucky she may cook you the most incredible meal you have ever had!

Carol Cato

Carol Cato has been our chief real estate closing paralegal for the last 12 years and has 20 years of real estate experience. She handles complex bank closing instructions, prepares closing settlement statements and interprets numerous other legal documents to be signed at closing. Prior to joining Hartman-Imbriale, Carol spent more than eight years as a real estate closing paralegal at the large real estate law firm of Ralph W. Walker III P.C. She also has additional years of real estate experience from prior work at a real estate development company.

Alyce Keener

Alyce Keener has been our talented Office Manager for the past 11 years. In addition to ensuring that the office runs smoothly, she schedules closings, conducts title searches at the courthouse, and regularly solves any potential issues before they arise. She is an incredible multi-tasker and uses her computer network expertise to always ensure that Hartman-Imbriale has the best computer equipment, software and in-house training.

Anne Heaton

Anne Heaton has over 25 years experience as a real estate paralegal. As a post-closing paralegal at Hartman-Imbriale for the last 10 years, she has helped ensure that monetary disbursements are made on time and deeds are properly recorded at the courthouse. She also handles the accounting of our escrow accounts which often contain millions of dollars from lenders, buyers and sellers.

Cindy Drinski

Cindy Drinski has 18 years of real estate experience and serves us as a pre & post-closing paralegal. For the last 12 years at Hartman-Imbriale she has ensured that checks and wires are made on time and properly disbursed, and also confirms that deeds have been properly recorded at the courthouse. Prior to joining Hartman-Imbriale she worked at the real estate mega-firm of McCalla Raymer LLP. Cindy is a pleasure to work with and always provides something rare in the fast-paced, high-pressure business of real estate: superior client service with a smile.
